Okay,
Today is the 8th day i took Herbalife as my breakfast and dinner. For my appreance, i havent notice much but i do FEEL GOOD, ringan badan and in term of Energy memang terasa lah bezanya. Dulu bila jam 12.30 tengahari ke atas will be very sleepy. penah jugak le pegi `tangkap ular` di surau. hahah mengantuk punya penangan. But so far, in these 6 days, belum pernah sekali pun lagi tido siang walaupun tido malam jam 1 atau 2 pagi. Hehehe..kalau student banyak le boleh dibuat memalam ni kan.
another thing saya noticed is that i dont have anymore those very painfull headache.Sebelum ni kalau panas sikit, kepala dah macam kene pukul. And im very glad.Cuma on the 1st and 2nd day kepala rasa sebu sikit but tak de la sakit sangat.3rd day onward no more sebu dan kepala pun rasa ringan.
Yesterday
I was really shocked to found that i cannot finish my KRR quater meal as usual.makan separuh dah rasa sangat full. Kalau tidak tak cukup jer..Look at the pic
Tak pernah makan KRR tak habeh !! Sampai MUffin pun terasa sangat manis dan takleh nak habehkan!!

Okay, persoalannya kenapa Herbalife?
Well, lemme tell ya all bout a story yang saya regret the whole life for it. HUhu bunyik macam besar nor, but memang pun. Saya dapat info pasal Herbalife ni actually pada bulan ramadan tahun 2006 di Serdang, just nearby to UPM. But at that time, there is not even a glimpse pun nak tahu what Herbalife is all about. Ye lah, back on those days, badan sihat, bettenaga lagi + not really have the real info about Herbalife.
And then..the time goes by....
And so do my weight. Keep pumping in few more kilos - in 2006 i only weight at 67 kgs, a slightly above my ideal weight ( since im a bonsai type - 167cm only) but in 2008 it goes up to 86kgs. This resulted from my UNHEALTHY habit of `Makan bila susah hati atau ada masalah coz makan is a happiest thing to do`. And i bet a lot of you out there do have the same habit like me, rite?
Tapi...
WE ARE WRONG !!! Kita melantak makan anything at all as long consumable and pretend that by doing so, we can keep our problem at bay. But actually we are inviting more and more problem. I dont know bout you guys but the only `happiness` i got from that `happy habit` are :

atas nasihat 2 doktor suruh kurangkan berat badan dan makanan berlemak, i started to get myself diet la konon , + some pill untuk kuruskan badan..but almost takder hasil. My weight jadi YO- YO sekejap turun sekejap naik. Terlampau makan pill halia, badan jadi panas macam nak demam jer selalu dan toilet adalah rumah kedua saya.
But its all changed in the last 2 weeks. I met with 2 girls in Bangi for FREE health check. And guess what? again the same result - my cholesterol level is ALERTING and i need to do something URGENT in order to keep away from stroke..and there i got the real info bout whats HERBALIFE is all about. I met the real living testimonies of what Herbalife can makes..and my life will never be the same again, ever.
