Today is 6th October 2009 ( my 28th week after started using HL), 17th day of Syawal 1430H.

 

I guess its not too late to wish all of u Selamat Menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri - Maaf Zahir Batin, and I bet there`s lots and lots of open houses for you to choose, not to mention wedding ceremonies everywhere. These are among the main reason for most of us to put on weight back after `berhempas pulas` for a month to get rid some kilos. haha..sape boleh tahan rendang, ketupat pulut, nasi arab, nasi beringin, apa lagi eh u name it. bukan tak boleh makan..but mostly susah nak resist keinginan tambahan pulak there are some dishes yang hanya boleh jumpa ( dan makan dengan feel) di musim raya such as kueh tart nenas, lemang, ketupat and rendang. i`m included, but this year is my 2nd year in a row tak dapat makan ketupat palas. Celebrating Raya in Johor and kat sini ketupat nasi ( daun kelapa ) tu yang femes so kempunan lah nak makan. Takpelah, makan jer lah apapun as long as jangan makan berlebihan sudah la.

 

Okay, let me share a simple trick how to avoid over-eating during all this lucrative Hari Raya open house. Actually its easy and very-very effective unless you guys were Slimy the Ghost in Ghostbuster cartoon ( dia makan banyak sebab makanan tu dibawak ke alam lain) . Okay..macam ni..half and hour before pegi ke majlis makan2 tu, just simply minum air sejuk berais yang super sejuk agak2 dalam 1 mug / gelas sederhana. itu jer. kalau nak minumlagi banyak pun boleh haha . Or makan tembikai yang telah disejukkan semalaman dalam fridge. then pegilah ke majlis makan2 tu dan trust me, u guys wont be able to eat the whole buffet as usually does. WHy? sebab 1. Air sejuk ais tu telah mengecutkan perut jadi kecik, pastu sebahagian daripada perut tu dah di isi dengan air /tembikai tadi..so ruang yang tinggal nak isi makanan lain yang berlemak berminyak bersegala- galanya tu dah jadi kecik. Unless korang nak mentedarah sampai tak kesah perut jadi macam labu air. haha hha. Cuba lah, coz I`ve done it myself and it works.

 

Tapi apapun. my advise is MAKAN SECARA BERHEMAH. tak perlulah ceduk menimbun dalam pinggan. and again -Its all in your mind. Sayang lah dah penat2 turun kan 3-4 kilo in a month sebelum raya , only to gain 4-5 kilos back in 2-3 weeks after raya. tak berbaloi kan.

 

so, the jadual after raya is back like before. Morning HL Shake to replace breakfast, a colorfull lunch and another Shake to replace dinner.  I dont think i have to list down the details sebab lebih kurang sama je. U guys can scroll back to my older post and just follow je kalau nak. I will only paste the result and pic for comparison okay.

 

wait for my next post  to see the latest result. Hari Raya ni takmo timbanglah..segan dengan penimbang ha ha ha

 

Ok, and again..Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri ya. maaf zahir batin. Maaf kepada yang emel, lambat buka dan reply sebab been bz sangat. selalu tak ada depan pc. Kalau nak tanya atau nak order ke, just sms/ call sebab lagi cepat. harap maaf yer..

Week # 22

Today is 25th August 2009 ( my 22nd week after stated using HL), 4th day of Ramadhan.


It has be a "while" i didnt update this blog and the whole site. Life, as usual has sucked me in her busy vortex, living me with no room to breathe the air. This couple of months has left me intermingled, moving from place to place and been tied on my bed for not being well. Gosh, 13 weeks has passed and i barely seen much.


About HL, actually i do skips several days but yet, i already managed to gain total control of my appetite. Its a miracle that i never wonder how i will be managed to control my craving as before i tried HL, i am the food addics especially in my term of misery, sadness and out of mood. It was gone, and thank GOD, HL has thought me well to manage my meals, and im feeling great for what i`ve become.


To be frank, this couple of month leave me with all kind of heartache, from my workplace, my aunt, and the most shocking behavior from some1 i called FREN and mentor! Cant tell you the name, but ntahlah, tak sangka sungguh orang itu punyai jiwa yang sebegitu busuk.

I am 69kgs, and can already re-wear my 5-6 years ago jeans size 32-33, viceral fat is 10, still high but better than before.


Still got some kilos to lose more but InsyaAllah i will be done in a couple of months to come. Beside, its Ramadhan and fasting season is the most perfect time to lose weight, with or without HL. The most important thing is `mind what you gonna eat` and keep up all the work you have plan.But again, there are lots of culprits around to fail you. I list some of them later :-


Actually im working on my e-book on weight management. Lots of stuff and working condition is slowing me..

Day # 59 ( 27th  May 2009)


Hari ni pun not much to tell, pagi -pagi dah bz with all  the works, bertimbun2 keje..but OK lah, aku tak stress sangat dengan work load nih, sebab setel la satu2..erm..tadi nampak di sekitar Kajang, Toyota Celica 1974 warna silver sangat cantik but too fast untuk aku snap gambarnya. ( haha dah jadi blog kereta la pulok asik citer keta jer)big grin


Ok, Malam ni kejap tadi aku timbang kak M dari Putrajaya yang baru 3 minggu consume HL ni..umah dia dekat jer ngan umah aku huhu..winkhappy akak tu sebab dah turun 2kg dan been noticed by kawan-kawan 1 opis dia pasal perubahan pada kulit muka dia. Husband dia pun happy, dan siap tanya aku macam mana nak jadi dealer HL ni.coolHuh, perkembangan yang bagus sebab makin ramai le team untuk sama-sama berusaha. Cayalah Kak M, teruskan usaha yer, kami akan sentiasa membantu . Apa yang penting? KERJASAMA!! cam wonderpet lak aku melalut.


Kepada En. Wan di Rompin Pahang, dan Jen di Sarawak, aku minta maaf sebab tak dapat nak buat body weight analysis kat korang sebab jauhnya umangaih..tapi insyaAllah kalau folo betul2 apa yang aku bagitau tu, insyaAllah akan berhasil. Aku akan jumpa korang bile aku pegi ke sana nanti OK? Aku nak ke Kuantan kot dalam masa 2-3 bulan akan datang ni . Adus, im back in office after 2 tiring weeks. sorry sebab tak dapat nak update week #7 dan week # 8 but basicly sama jer rutin nyer cuma a superb BZ sebab ada staff sini brenti, so bebanan keje dia pegi kat orang2 yang terhampir la..aduss sad rasa nak brenti jer


erm..Ahad haritu aku terjumpa satu menda yang aku memang longing sangat nak tengok dengan mata kepala aku sendiri..huhu but ingat nak share gak lah dengan korang semua. Sape2 yang kaki kereta maybe minat la..yang tak minat mungkin akan cakap aku ntah hape2 jer.

Aku jumpa Mitsubishi Galant (KUDA) left hand drive very rare. aku bet ada sebijik ni jer kat Malaysia yang in good condition macam ni..tak caya tengok gambar


2 Door tu..memang rare. Aku mmg minat gler oldies macam ni..macam Opel Manta, Toyota Celica. Ford Cortina, Ford Turino  (all 70`s car) tapi susah nak dapat yang cun. Kalau ada pun owner nak simpan sendiri. huhuhu..


OKay, bout me, good news pasal Herbalife Shapeworks yang aku nak share is, aku dah boleh selongkar balik dah almari baju lama aku, dan ambik balik seluar saiz 34" yang dah lebih 3 tahun aku tak muat pakai. Ini minggu ke 9 aku start consume Herbalife Shake. Dan dengan bangganya aku simpan seluar saiz 36" aku yang baru jer beli 2 bulan lepas. huhu..rasa rugi pulak beli..tapi takper. Lepas ni aku dah tak payah beli lagi dah seluar baru. Pakai jer balik seluar lama sebab dah muat semula smile Sape yang nak seluar aku tu nanti aku lelong dalam Mudah.com.my yer


Oh..malam ni malam menimbang rupanya ! Tak sabar nak tengok penimbang Tanita yang saja aku sorok bawah almari. Tengok hari-hari tak thrill..hehe..tunggu yer aku update.

Okay,


Today is the 8th day i took Herbalife as my breakfast and dinner. For my appreance, i havent notice much but i do FEEL GOOD, ringan badan and in term of Energy memang terasa lah bezanya. Dulu bila jam 12.30 tengahari ke atas will be very sleepy. penah jugak le pegi `tangkap ular` di surau. hahah mengantuk punya penangan. But so far, in these 6 days, belum pernah sekali pun lagi tido siang walaupun tido malam jam 1 atau 2 pagi. Hehehe..kalau student banyak le boleh dibuat memalam ni kan.


another thing saya noticed is that i dont have anymore those very painfull headache.Sebelum ni kalau panas sikit, kepala dah macam kene pukul. And im very glad.Cuma on the 1st and 2nd day kepala rasa sebu sikit but tak de la sakit sangat.3rd day onward no more sebu dan kepala pun rasa ringan.


Yesterday


I was really shocked to found that i cannot finish my KRR quater meal as usual.makan separuh dah rasa sangat full. Kalau tidak tak cukup jer..Look at the pic


Tak pernah makan KRR tak habeh !! Sampai MUffin pun terasa sangat manis dan takleh nak habehkan!!


Hari ni gak ada member opis tegur cakap badan susut sikit but i dont really notice lagi bout my badan. later On la i will put up my pic here so that u guys can share OK.

Okay, persoalannya kenapa Herbalife?


Well, lemme tell ya all bout a story yang saya regret the whole life for it. HUhu bunyik macam besar nor, but memang pun. Saya dapat info pasal Herbalife ni actually pada bulan ramadan tahun 2006 di Serdang, just nearby to UPM. But at that time, there is not even a glimpse pun nak tahu what Herbalife is all about. Ye lah, back on those days, badan sihat, bettenaga lagi + not really have the real info about Herbalife.


And then..the time goes by....


And so do my weight. Keep pumping in few more kilos - in 2006 i only weight at 67 kgs, a slightly above my ideal weight ( since im a bonsai type - 167cm only) but in 2008 it goes up to 86kgs. This resulted from my UNHEALTHY habit of `Makan bila susah hati atau ada masalah coz makan is a happiest thing to do`.  And i bet a lot of you out there do have the same habit like me, rite?


Tapi...


WE ARE WRONG !!! Kita melantak makan anything at all as long consumable and pretend that by doing so, we can keep our problem at bay. But actually we are inviting more and more problem. I dont know bout you guys but the only `happiness` i got from that `happy habit` are :


  1. I was an active guy before - hiking, camping, jungle tracking,racing huhu, but bile badan jadi berat ..all those activities are no longer enjoyable. Naik tangga sikit pun semput. Nasib baik dah quit smoking in 1998. Kalau tak? huhu dont wanna say lah. So badan makin berat - Say Bye Bye to snikers dan mandi air terjun, Say hello to bantal . Dah jadi pemalas
  2. My legs jadi sakit, very painfull dekat knee sebab  cannot cater the weight anymore.Lutut sakit, buku lali sakit, tapak kaki sakit all sakit lah to be frank. Badan pun rasa sangat heavy rasa macam Blue Hyppo dah.
  3. The worse thing is im starting to have Sakit Kepala and lately sakit yang menyucuk di jantung. Gosh!! Takut siyottt tambah pulak baca cerita few artis yang passed away in their early years pasal jantung !


So...

atas nasihat 2 doktor suruh kurangkan berat badan dan makanan berlemak, i started to get myself diet la konon , + some pill untuk kuruskan badan..but almost takder hasil. My weight jadi YO- YO sekejap turun sekejap naik. Terlampau makan pill halia, badan jadi panas macam nak demam jer selalu dan toilet adalah rumah kedua saya.


But its all changed in the last 2 weeks. I met with 2 girls in Bangi for FREE health check. And guess what? again the same result - my cholesterol level is ALERTING and i need to do something URGENT in order to keep away from stroke..and there i got the real info bout whats HERBALIFE is all about. I met the real living testimonies of what Herbalife can makes..and my life will never be the same again, ever.
