- 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3 = Shake - 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
- 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch
Lunch
- Nasi goreng Cina + telur mata
- 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix
- 1500 ml H²O in between to dinner
Dinner
- Cappuccino Smoothies
- 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 3 scoops Quacker Oat = blend
- add in a few ice cubes = blend until ice cubes are finely crushed + Low Fat Whipped Cream - 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
- 1000 ml H²O in between to bed
