Week # 3 ( 14th April 2009 - 20th April 2009)


Day # 21 ( 20th  April 2009)

Breakfast

  • Cappuccino  Shake
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3   = Shake
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch

Lunch

  • Nasi goreng Cina + telur mata
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1500 ml H²O in between to dinner


Dinner

  • Cappuccino Smoothies
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 3 scoops Quacker Oat = blend
    - add in a few ice cubes = blend until ice cubes are finely crushed + Low Fat Whipped Cream 
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to bed
Day # 20 ( 19th  April 2009)

Breakfast

  • Cappuccino  Shake
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3   = Shake
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch

Lunch

  • 5 keping Roti Jala dengan kuah Dal
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1500 ml H²O in between to dinner


Dinner

  • 1 piece Hot & Spicy KFC Chicken rib ( without skin)
  • 1 regular coleslaw
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to bed

Day # 19 ( 18th  April 2009)

Breakfast

  • Mee Bandung Jalan Abdullah Muar
  • 250ml Hot Lemon Tea
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch

Lunch

  • Cappuccino  Shake
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3   = Shake
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to Dinner


Dinner

  • Cappuccino  Shake
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3   = Shake
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to Bed


Day # 18 ( 17th  April 2009)

Breakfast

  • Cappuccino  Shake
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3   = Shake
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch

Lunch

  • 2 keping keropok lekor goreng, 2 keping tempe goreng,1 karipap,2 keping Goreng Pisang, 2 keping Sagu
  • 250ml Air Kelapa muda tanpa ais dan gula
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1500 ml H²O in between to dinner


Dinner

  • Yong Taufu Bentayan, Muar
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to bed


Day # 17 ( 16th  April 2009)

Breakfast

  • Cappuccino  Shake
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 1 scoops of F3   = Shake
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch

Lunch

  • 1/4 plate Nasi Putih
  • 2 slice Ikan Pari masak asam pedas
  • 1/4 plate fried cabbage
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1500 ml H²O in between to dinner

Dinner

  • Cappuccino Smoothies
    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 3 scoops Quacker Oat = blend

  • Sushi King kaiten sushi (melantak 9 plate habih la diet aku hahahaha)
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to lunch

Dinner

    - 350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 2 scoops Quacker Oat = blend

  • 1 no KFC Original recipe Chicken Drumstik ( haha makan banyak aku malam ni)
  • 1 no small KFC coleslaw
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1000 ml H²O in between to bed
