Week # 4 ( 21st April 2009 - 27th April 2009)



 

Day # 29 ( 28th  April 2009)

  • No Update sebab lupa lah makan apa but pagi2 sama jer ngan dinner

 

 


Day # 28 ( 27th  April 2009)


Breakfast (07.30am)

  • Dutch Chocolate  Smoothies + 200ml Marigold Hi Calcium,Hi Protein Low Fat Chocolate flavour Milk +150 ml H²O + 2scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 5 scoops Quacker Oat = blend - add in afew ice cubes = blend until ice cubes are finely crushed
  • 500 ml H²O  in between to Morning snack
Morning Snack (10.00am)
  • 1 Slice of Wholegrain egg and sardine sandwiches
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to lunch
Lunch ( 01.00pm)
  • 1/8 plate Nasi Putih +  1 Kepala Ikan Bawal Kari
  • 1/2 plate Canbbage
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix1500 ml H²O in between to Tea Break
Tea break
  • ( 4.00pm)1 Slice of Wholegrain egg and sardine sandwiches
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to dinner

Dinner ( 07.45pm)

  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to lunch


Lunch


  • 1/4 plate Nasi Putih + 2 slice Telur Ikan masak Lemak Cili Api +
  • 1/2 plate Canbbage
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix1500 ml H²O in between to dinner

Dinner


  • Dutch Chocolate  Smoothies-350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 3 scoops Quacker Oat =blend - add in a few ice cubes = blend until ice cubes are finely crushed
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to bed


Day # 26 ( 25th  April 2009)

  • Wendys Garden Salad with Grilled Chicken
  • 1 large Ice Lemon tea
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to dinner

Dinner

  • Dutch Chocolate  Smoothies-350 ml H²O + 2 scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 3 scoops Quacker Oat =blend - add in a few ice cubes = blend until ice cubes are finelycrushed
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to bed

Day # 25 ( 24th  April 2009)


Breakfast

  • 2 keping Cubadak, 2 keping karipap, 1 pacman
  • 250ml air kelapa muda
  • 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to dinner

Dinner

Day # 24 ( 23th  April 2009)

  • 1/4 plate fried kangkung
  • 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix
  • 1500 ml H²O in between to dinner

Day # 22 ( 21th  April 2009)

Brunch (hari ni g entertain client adus )

  • 1 plate Nasi Putih
  • 1 ketul Ikan Tenggiri kari
  • 1/2 ketul Ayam Goreng
  • 1/4 plate Sayur 
  • 500ml Teamix
  • 2000 ml H²O in between to dinner


Dinner
