- Dutch Chocolate Smoothies + 200ml Marigold Hi Calcium,Hi Protein Low Fat Chocolate flavour Milk +150 ml H²O + 2scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3 + 5 scoops Quacker Oat = blend - add in afew ice cubes = blend until ice cubes are finely crushed
- 500 ml H²O in between to Morning snack
Morning Snack (10.00am)
- 1 Slice of Wholegrain egg and sardine sandwiches
- 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to lunch
Lunch ( 01.00pm)
- 1/8 plate Nasi Putih + 1 Kepala Ikan Bawal Kari
- 1/2 plate Canbbage
- 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix1500 ml H²O in between to Tea Break
Tea break- ( 4.00pm)1 Slice of Wholegrain egg and sardine sandwiches
- 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to dinner
