Breakfast (07.30am)
- DutchChocolate Smoothies + 200ml Marigold Hi Calcium,Hi Protein LowFatChocolate flavour Milk +150 ml H²O + 2scoops of F1 + 2 scoops of F3+ 5scoops Quacker Oat = blend - add in afew ice cubes = blend untilicecubes are finely crushed
- 500 ml H²O in between to Morning snack
Morning Snack (10.00am)
- 1 nos Pacman
- 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to lunch
Lunch ( 01.00pm)
- 1/8 plate Nasi Putih + 1 Keping Ikan Pari Masak Asam Pedas+ 1/2 plate Bayam Merah
- 1000 ml H²O + Tea Mix1500 ml H²O in between to Tea Break
Tea break (4.00pm
- 1 Slice of Wholegrain bread
- 500 ml H²O + Tea Mix1000 ml H²O in between to Dinner
